Access to private tools is limited to authorized users. Keep your sign-in account secure. We may restrict access to protect the service or address misuse.
Website content
Books, excerpts, images, branding, and other website materials belong to Held Ground Press or their respective rights holders. These terms do not grant rights to reproduce or distribute those materials beyond permission granted separately or use permitted by law.
Your submissions and materials
You retain ownership of materials you submit. You must have the rights needed to provide them. By submitting or uploading materials, you authorize us to store, process, and make them available to authorized reviewers or collaborators as needed for the requested service. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or publication and does not transfer copyright. Publication rights and commercial arrangements require a separate agreement.

Purchases made through external retailers are governed by those retailers' terms, including payment, delivery, and refund policies.
